Cancellation Policy

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy varies by property and is designed to balance flexibility for guests with fair protection for property owners. The specific cancellation policy applicable to your reservation is displayed at the time of booking.

Flexible Policy

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in
  • 50% refund if cancelled at least 3 days before check-in
  • No refund if cancelled less than 3 days before check-in

Moderate Policy

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in
  • 50% refund if cancelled at least 7 days before check-in
  • No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before check-in

Strict Policy

  • Full refund if cancelled at least 30 days before check-in
  • 50% refund if cancelled at least 14 days before check-in
  • No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before check-in

2. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of cancellation confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Please note: Cleaning fees and service fees may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation and specific property policies.

3. Reservation Modifications

Date changes or modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments. To request a modification, please contact our team at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in.

Modifications that result in a shorter stay may be treated as a partial cancellation and subject to the applicable cancellation policy.

4. Extenuating Circumstances

We understand that unexpected events occur. In cases of documented emergencies, natural disasters affecting travel, or serious illness, we may offer additional flexibility at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible with supporting documentation.

Examples of extenuating circumstances that may qualify:

  • Death of the guest, host, or immediate family member
  • Serious illness or injury requiring hospitalization
  • Government-mandated travel restrictions
  • Natural disasters affecting the property or travel route
  • Significant property damage making the rental uninhabitable

5. Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for all bookings. Travel insurance can provide coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, and other unforeseen events that may not be covered under our standard cancellation policy.

6. Host Cancellations

In the rare event that we must cancel your reservation due to property unavailability or other host-side issues, you will receive a full refund and we will assist you in finding alternative accommodations when possible.
