Welcome to POLAR PLUNGE! 4 BR 5BA Mini-Resort Style Modern Lodge retreat, new construction and fully equipped for your family of 12 with an indoor pool. Everyone will enjoy the game room, theater, and three spacious decks with a hot tub—minutes from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Smokey Mountain National Park.

★Kitchen★

Fully equipped kitchen with pantry storage, stainless steel appliances, and granite counters. A Keurig, a coffee maker, toaster oven, mixer, electric grill, and crock pot, are included.

★Living Room★

The open living area offers comfortable and stylish furnishings, the room is wrapped in stone and warm wood walls and ceilings with views of the trees behind the home. This cozy retreat has a modern electric fireplace that can set the tone with the click of a button and a 55” smart tv for movies or to catch the game during mealtimes. Dining table and island counter offer dining space for 8. The adjacent deck features outdoor firepit dining table for mild weather days.

★Bedrooms★

The main level features a full bathroom with floor to ceiling tiled shower and a vanity with granite counters and storage. Adjacent to the hall bathroom is the main level’s stylish bedroom with a cozy queen bed and cushioned bench, dresser and smart tv.

The other 3 bedrooms are on the top level and are all ensuite’s with bathrooms that feature beautiful floor to ceiling tile and vanities with lots of storage and granite counters. Each bedroom is stylish and well-appointed with dressers, smart tv’s and ample closets. This fun room is styled with the cabin’s mascot, the polar bear, and is a spacious play and sleeping space. With its own bathroom and closet, and an open space with bean bags for the kids.

★Outdoor Space★

The spacious covered deck overlooking the treelined back yard hill features a stainless-steel propane grill for easy family meals. There is a 7x7 heated hot tub for anytime relaxation. Stay cozy and dine fireside with the gorgeous glass rock fire feature centered on the 6-person dining table with all-weather padded wicker stools.

★Lower Level★

Head downstairs to the first basement area where the kids, big and small, will not want to leave. This massive game-room has a barrel multi arcade, seated driving arcade, putting mat, ring toss, dart board and board games. Fully furnished with a cozy sectional with queen pull out, sofa table bar top with stools to catch the game on a 65” and smart tv. The spacious tree lined deck has multiple seating options. Utilize the wet bar to grab your snack and pop some popcorn in the microwave then settle into the separate theater with seating for 8 and some floor cushions to stream your favorite movie. There is a convenient full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo and a vanity with storage and granite counters.

★Pool Area★

Down the last level to the bottom floor of the basement, enter Polar Plunge, your indoor heated swimming pool with waterfall, surrounded in an ice cave with our polar friends. Comfortable seating is inside the pool cave and on the adjacent deck for relaxing. This level features a half bathroom with a separate laundry closet with full size washer and dryer with complimentary detergent. Pool towels are provided.

★Other Amenities★

Bedrooms feature usb ports for your charging needs. High Speed wifi for all smart tv’s. The kitchen is fully stocked for all meals complete with complimentary dish pods, dish soap and paper-towels. Bathrooms are stocked with towel sets and complimentary travel soap sets. Pool towels are provided and a washer and dryer with complimentary soap is conveniently located adjacent from the indoor pool room.

★Parking★

There are 4 parking spaces against the cabin, and on each side and excess parking may be used in the lot adjacent from the Covered Bridge Pool. The road is paved all the way up to the cabin, any vehicle can access any time of day or night.

★Location★

You may never want to leave this well-appointed cabin, but if so, it is conveniently located. This home is in the quaint Covered Bridge Resort, the neighborhood pool is walking distance from your cabin. One block away are convenience stores, Whaley Family Grocery and Pizza. For your dining, shopping or daily excursions, the Island of Pigeon Forge is 4 miles, Wear’s Valley Smokey Mountain Entrance is 9 miles, and Gatlinburg is a scenic 15 miles. Kroger Grocery is 3.5m from the cabin, easy to gather supplies on your way in.
