Make your way just down 30A to the beach access and you'll have your toes in the sand within minutes.
Heading out the subdivision, cross 30A and turn right onto the walking path. Take this down a few feet past The Palms to your beach access, Pelayo.

We so enjoyed our stay!! We booked a golf cart and bopped around the beach/Seagrove/Seaside all weekend the house was so close to everything! The host was amazing with communication and we had no issues durning our stay!
Best family vacation we’ve had in a long time. Peaceful spot on a quiet street - and community pool - with beach access across 30A. There’s a bike and cart rental around the corner. We loved every second of our time.

Really enjoyed our stay! Location is perfect, right across from beach access and close to seaside. Street is so quiet and peaceful. Pool is only steps away which is perfect for littles. If you plan to do a lot of cooking in…the kitchen is quite small...
