★ Bedroom 4 - Bunk Room that has two bunk beds with four full mattresses, stand-alone arcade game, cable/smart television, and private three-piece bathroom. Ceiling fan was disabled due to safety for guests

We have a lock box located on the front porch railing and a key is inside for guests. Two garage door openers are also available for guests to use.

As soon as we arrived the house smelled and looked clean! It was nice and cool coming in from the heat! The pool was amazing and the beds were very comfy! I highly recommend this place.

- -Contact host and inform what type of animal you are bringing.
- -Animal must have all shots that are required by a veterinarian.
- -Animal must be with an adult while outside at all times.
- -The registered guest has full responsibility for the animal during the stay.
- -Swim at your own risk. No Lifeguard on duty. NO DIVING! Keep gates and back door secured at all times for safety.
- -Hot Tub use is at your own risk. Limit your exposure in the hot tub to 15 minutes only. Staying in the hot more than 15 minutes may cause health issues.
