  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available depending on the cleaning schedule.

  • How do I check in?

    Most homes use smart locks or lockboxes. You’ll receive your personal access code prior to arrival.

  • Is WiFi available?

    Yes. Network name and password are provided in your welcome email and posted in the property.

  • What amenities are included?

    We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, dish detergent, laundry detergent, bar soap, shampoo, and trash bags. All homes come with linens, towels, and fully equipped kitchens. Many properties also include a washer/dryer.

  • What happens if I run out of starter supplies?

    Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies after the starter set runs out.

  • Can I bring pets?

    Some properties allow pets, while others do not. Please check your specific property listing.

  • Can I host a party or event?

    Parties and events are not permitted.

  • How do I get started with Vacay! Rental Network?

    Contact us for a consultation. We’ll review your property, explain our process, and handle onboarding, which includes photography, listing setup, pricing software, and cleaning/maintenance coordination.

  • What is your management fee?

    We charge 15% of gross rents.

  • How is my property marketed?

    We list your home on Airbnb, VRBO, Google, and Vacay!’s direct booking site with professional photography and optimized descriptions.

  • How are rental rates determined?

    We use dynamic pricing software that adjusts nightly rates based on demand, season, and local events.

  • Who communicates with guests?

    Our team provides seven-day-a-week guest support, so you don’t have to.

  • What about cleaning and maintenance?

    Trusted local teams handle cleanings and maintenance between stays. Preventive and deep cleans are scheduled regularly.

  • Can I use my property whenever I want?

    Yes! Owners enjoy unlimited personal stays. Just block your calendar whenever you’d like.

  • How do I track performance?

    You’ll have access to an owner dashboard with analytics, statements, and calendar control.

  • How and when do I get paid?

    Rental income is deposited into your account once a month, along with a detailed statement.

  • What happens if there’s guest damage?

    We work with platform protection programs to resolve guest-related damages.

  • Do you provide tax support?

    Yes. We provide year-end tax reporting for your rental activity
